DRIVING FINAL: Bram Chardon wins dramatic FEI Driving World Cup final
Dutchman Bram Chardon won a dramatic FEI Driving World Cup final in Leipzig, Germany on Sunday after defending champion Boyd Exell made a costly error in the drive-off with victory seemingly in his sights.

Australian Exell, bidding to win a remarkable 10th title, led going into the three-competitor drive-off and saw rival Chardon accumulate four penalties in his round for a combined score of 258.72.

However, Exell himself then failed to go clear, knocking a ball off on a tight corner before coming home with a score of 262.82.

That mistake enabled Chardon to clinch his second world title, following his success in 2019. Glenn Geerts of Belgium made it to the podium in third.

JUMPING FINAL: Swiss Super Star Martin Fuchs Comes from behind to win in Leipzig in an amazing Final

After three incredible days of Jumping the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Champion held aloft the coveted world cup.

Swedens Jens Fredricson and Markan Cosmopolitan jumped two clears rounds to throw the pressure on the top 4 riders, and then watched as great Britains Harry Charles had one fence down.

Next in was Switzerlands Martin Fuchs, with Chaplin, [he rode two horses this final, Chaplin on day 1, and The sinner on Day 2]. With the crowd behind them, they posted their second clear of the day, to stay ahead of the Swede and pile on the pressure to the last two riders.

Harrie Smolder {NED] and Monaco were looking confident but one fence down dropped them into second position with just the USA’s McLain ward left to go.

But it all unraveled for the American, two fences down and a time penalty dropped the 2017 champion into 7th place, and Martin Fuchs became the 2022 Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Champion.
